This Cookie Policy explains how BiLog d.o.o., Strojarska cesta 20, 10000 Zagreb (the “Company”, “we”) uses cookies and related web technologies when you visit our websites:

– https://bilog.hr — the Company’s corporate website
– https://akira.hr — the website of Akira, an HRM software product owned and developed by BiLog d.o.o.

Both websites are owned and operated by the Company, so this Cookie Policy applies to both, with separate notes where the technical implementation differs.

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (GDPR), the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and the Croatian Electronic Communications Act.

A cookie is a small text file that a web server stores on your device (computer, mobile phone) through your internet browser. Cookies allow a website to recognise your device and remember your settings during your visit or when you return.

We do not use local storage, session storage or other data storage technologies on your device.

Necessary cookies enable the technical operation of the website and record your consent decision, that is, whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies. These cookies are necessary to provide the service you have expressly requested, and no prior consent is required for them.

No other cookies are set on either website. If you decline consent, no analytics cookie is set.
These lists reflect the state established by a check carried out on 22 September 2026 and are updated whenever a change introduces a new tool or cookie.

Through Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, the following are processed: your IP address, online identifiers stored in the cookies listed above, device and browser information, information about your use of the website, the date and time of your visit, and approximate location derived from your IP address (country, region, city).

Data is retained in Google Analytics for 2 months, after which it is deleted. The same period applies to both websites.

If you consent to analytics cookies, the data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), established within the European Economic Area.

Under the accepted data processing terms (Google Ads Data Processing Terms), Google may also process the data in other countries where it or its sub-processors maintain facilities, including the United States. Such transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or another appropriate transfer mechanism provided for in those terms.

No transfer through the analytics tool takes place until you give your consent.

A cookie notice is displayed on your first visit. Analytics cookies remain blocked until you give your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Revoke consent” link, which is permanently displayed in the footer of every page.

You can view, delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge), regardless of which of the two websites you are visiting. Please note that blocking necessary cookies may affect the technical stability of the website.

In relation to data collected through cookies on bilog.hr and akira.hr, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.
